THE CHALLENGE

LRA Worldwide, the leading global provider of Customer Experience Measurement services for multinational companies, was on a large growth track. However, their branding and website had become outdated, and no longer communicated the sophistication both LRA and their clients had achieved in the space. They were branching out into new verticals where initial impressions of their overall marketing and sales tactics were critical to establishing credibility.

We designed a fresh, modern, sophisticated visual brand identity and messaging platform.

The new branding and digital executions finally portray LRA as the leader in Customer Experience Measurement.
